Connectivity includes WiFi b/g/n, an HDMI port, USB 2.0 and an SD card slot. Samsung has promised 3G-enabled versions, though it’s unclear what sort of premium they will command. The sliding slate also packs twin cameras, a 1.3-megapixel webcam up front for video calls, and a 3-megapixel camera on the back for photographs and video.
The whole thing weighs in at 2.2lbs and measures 10.65 x 7.1 x 0.84 inches, and has an MRSP of $699. No word on when it’s expected to ship, though Samsung had previously said sometime during Q2 2011 which could take us anywhere up to the end of June. Live photos in our hands-on with the tablet.
